Dan Degtyar

Mr. Degtyar is an executive vice president in the Newport Beach office and a credit analyst for PIMCO’s Global Credit Opportunity Strategy, where he focuses on credit relative value opportunities. Previously, he was a credit analyst responsible for U.S. consumer products, business services and industrials sectors. Prior to joining PIMCO, he was a high yield and leveraged loan credit analyst at Beach Point Capital, a private equity associate at Ares Management and an investment banking associate at Credit Suisse. He has 18 years of investment experience and holds an undergraduate degree in business economics from the University of California, Los Angeles.
